Weights

LED backplate density

Which backplate level a sign gets when the row is on Auto. Only reached when the backing is a solid Plate and a separate HW_BACKPLATE_RATE roll passes.

Bracing

Roof frame count

How many triangular roof frames a rooftop sign gets. The brace PATTERN is a separate, uniform pick over all 8 styles in HW_TRUSSES - it carries no weighting.
