Support
JVtools is a one-person studio, so support is best-effort rather than a guaranteed support desk. I read everything and reply when I can, usually in batches rather than instantly. Bug reports and feature requests are genuinely welcome and they do shape the tools — a clear report with a scene file is the thing that gets fixed fastest. What I can't promise is a timeline, debugging every individual scene, or that every request ships.
Every tool comes with free updates for life and tells you inside Houdini when a new version is waiting. Purchases go through Gumroad, so anything to do with a payment, a refund or a licence is handled there — that's the fastest route for it. Each tool's full licence is published with its documentation.
For anything else — a bug, a question, a licence check — email [email protected], or find me on the JVtools Discord; the invite link is in the Utilities folder on any JVtools node.
